shipping info

when we ship

all plant and soil orders are shipped on the following monday or tuesday. clothing and sticker orders ship approximately 1-4 weeks from the order date.

where we ship

we ship nationwide throughout the continental United States. we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to agricultural restrictions.

cold weather orders

if you're located in a cold region of the country and want to purchase a plant, please add a heat pack to your order to ensure the safety of your plant in transit.

damaged plants

we do our best to safely prepare each plant for transit, but please note that some leaf drop, discoloration, and(or) leaf damage may occur. these are all possibilities due to transit but your plant should recuperate after a few days if cared for properly.

Local Delivery & pickup

picking up or getting a plant delivered locally is a great way to ensure the safety of your new plant. we offer free/paid local (no contact) delivery and free local pickup on all plant/soil mix orders to the following zip codes and Austin, TX locations:

if you're local and want local delivery or pickup on an order containing print products and a live plant/soil mix, please place a separate order for the print products. print products are not currently eligible for local delivery/pickup.

if you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. as long as your order hasn't been packed for shipment, we should be able to cancel your order.
